We are looking for a research associate to be part of our bioanalytical group in the Biology department and play a key role in advancing therapeutic candidates to IND filing.

Responsibilities

In this position, the candidate will work on bioanalytical assays to support clinical development.  Primary responsibilities include assay development and qualification of PK, ADA and cell-based potency assays using MSD-ECL and ELISA platforms.  There is growth opportunity to manage your own projects, work with CROs and build on the existing assay platforms.

Requirements


  • B.S in Biological Sciences with 3+ years industry experience
  • Strong ELISA or MSD-ECL experience with an emphasis on plate-based assay development
  • Basic cell culture techniques
  • Proficiency in commonly used software and data analysis packages (SoftMax Pro, GraphPad Prism, Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Attention to detail and methodical working style
  • Ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Preferred

  • Flow cytometry experience
  • Bioanalytical assay qualification and managing CROs
